Smile NSV!! Whoohooo

So I have really been pushing myself with my exercise and really being vigilent about my eating and although I have been stuck at the same weight for a while a co-worker came up to me today and told me I really look like I've lost more weight!! I can't tell you how great that feels. I have been experimenting a lot lately with my eating so finally something is working!

Woo hoo! That's great. I hate when the scale gets stuck, but it's fantastic knowing that even if the numbers aren't going down your body is getting healthier and trimmer. Keep up the great work!!!!

Hey! Congrats on the NSV! It helps so much and feels great when other people notice and acknowledge the work we've been doing.
