One month stat update
I've been on my new way of eating for exactly a month. I've been calorie counting for two weeks and its going great!!!!!
So here are my successes ONE month in!
Weight - down 10 pounds!
Bust - down 2 inches
Waist - down 2 1/2 inches
Hips - down 1 1/2 inches
Thighs (each) - down 2 inches
Calf - same
Arms - down 2 inches
I'm so happy. My only compaint is that I'm so cold! Whenever I lose weight I get so cold. I'm sitting here with long underwear on, sweatpants, sweatshirt, and wool socks. LOL, sexy!
