Default My first mini goal thread! Class I obesity!

I met my second mini goal of getting into the category class I obesity! Boy that sounds dreadful. But considering I had just stepped into morbid obesity, I'll take class I.

In case you're curious, the BMI chart I refer to says:
Greater than 40: morbid obesity
35-39: Class II obesity
30-34: Class I obesity

Next stop ----> OVERWEIGHT!!

Congrats! I definitely celebrated getting out of morbid obesity and into class I. You've made such great progress and I love reading your posts! Keep up the great work!!!!!

YAY - GOOD FOR YOU! Those labels can feel so oppressive but there's nothing dreadful about your accomplshment, especially since you're moving down the scale towards your goals!

Keep it up up - whatever you're doing is obviously working for you - here's to the days of no labels!
