The non restricted foods are very easy to eat. They do become a little boring because they are mostly green and whites and similar textures. I have started practice no ways to cook and incorporate them into my day. You will see a lot of quick result though if you stick with them for as long as you can.

My coach has the same rules as your coach regarding foods, only she says no restricted foods for the first two weeks only. I think I'm going to challenge myself to only eat non-restrictive foods for three months...and then re-evaluate
