A question for showgirlaz: what does your coach say for workouts? I have a business partner that is also doing IP - he is losing it seems quicker than me and always is eating more protein than each stage. I am happy with the results but I think he is pacifying me by not moving to stage 3 until I am there too. I am also thinking of doing the Ultimate Bootcamp I read about in the last thread. Currently I do a bar each day and maybe I need to cut those out for a bit. Any suggestions? I too started the week prior to Thanksgiving - with about 8 weeks done.
