Yes! I only eat the non restricted and non occasional foods. I try not too eat too many things that can slow the thyroid down because, when I began this, I had been told I was subhypothyroid. That means I watch how much cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower I am eating too!
Do you measure everything 5oz. meat and 4 cups veggies daily? What supplements do you take? Sorry for all the questions but your coach is my new hero!
