and make sure you are getting your beans and lf dairy. They won't help with the sweet cravings but they will help keep your blood sugar even and help with the carb cravings.
I just had a big salad with white beans.. although not many beans... I'm still "adjusting" to eating them.. if you know what I mean. and I have karate tonight.. I'd like to be able to bend over to stretch without fear of .. um... embarassing myself... LF cheese was a snack about an hour ago... I forgot my nuts today.. I think that is my problem, really.
