Default Lighter than I have been in years!

So I had a slack Christmas, barely exercised and over ate waaaaay too much. After the New Year I was feeling a little deflated, but I dusted myself off and got back on track. I weighed in and I am down to 192 - just 12 lbs from my goal - I haven't weighed this 'little' in years! So I feel pretty good. I will be so happy when I get to 180. I know I will feel great and I know I will want to set a new goal, but for now I am celebrating the fact that I am officially the lightest I've been in years - gotta acknowledge the small stuff right?

Hey, I don't don't think of that as "small stuff" - remember where you are and who you're talking to - we all know that it's major! So we're all doing the happy dance with you!

I know it must feel wonderful to be so close to your goal - whatever you're doing is evidently working - can't wait to hear you reached 180 !

Congratulations! That is fantastic! Sometimes the small stuff in life is actually the big stuff. Keep up the great work!
