Default NSV!...sort of

Well, my new year came in with a whimper and a cough...

Sadly I had to put my much loved 3 yr old kitty to sleep so now I'm living the lonely life without her.

I also managed to contract a severe chest cold after not sleeping enough and flying across the country.

Despite the grim invaded my life I've had some good news too.

My flexibility has gotten better thanks to yoga, which means my wonky shoulder is doing better as well.

My eating habit have gotten better. I'm not as hungry as I used to be, which me I'm eating better, healthier, portions, and I've actually been putting food away when I get full. So I feel pretty good about that, especially since I focus on the behavior I can keep it going.

Even better then that...I've lost 2 inches from my waist and am once again below 40 inches!

I just wanted to share.

Sorry about your cat. Losing a pet is so hard.

Congratulations, though, on your nsv. Keep up the good work!

It is sad that you lost your friend, I still miss my rottie, and it has been 3 years. It is great that you are making progress in spite of all that grim.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat. Losing an animal is like losing a family member. But congrats on your NSV.

Losing a pet is rough no matter what, and I think its really awesome that you're still making progress despite your loss.
Go you!
