Default What vitamins do you take on a daily basis?

I currently just take a multivitamin but I think I need up my vitamin intake. Just curious as to what others take.

I take a Multivitamin, Cranberry pills, Milk Thistle, and Flaxseed Oil (i hate Fish Oil but thought I could use the Omega 3 supplement). I am curious to see what everyone is currently taking.

I take a multivitamin, vit D3 (my level was low as is most people....good to get it checked), calcium, and I'm thinking about starting Omega-3 fish oil.

At Breakfast: multi-vitamin, potassium, calcium with vitamin D, and omega-3
At Lunch: potassium and calcium with vitamin D
At Dinner: potassium and calcium with vitamin D
Before Bed: Levoxyl (lowest dose) for my thyroid. I just started taking this.

I'm fighting a cold at the moment and am debating whether to add more vitamin C or just eat an orange a day. The orange will spike my blood sugar but the cold has already added 10 points to my readings anyway. My iron count was borderline anemic. So much so that my dietitian requested that I start taking iron supplements. I asked if I could try to reverse the trend by adjusting my diet first. She agreed and my blood test last week showed the diet modifications worked. No iron supplements for me.
