Default nutritional yeast and what to do with it

I just bought some large flake nutritional yeast because I heard it's such a great super food. What can I do with it? For example, I'm making chicken spaghetti with tomato sauce tonight. Can I use it with that somehow? It says a serving size is 2 tbsp, but I didn't know if that meant for the whole recipe, or on one person's plate... I'm sensitive to some B vitamins (tummy upset, jittery) so I wanted to be careful. Any insight? Thank you!

try sprinkling some on top of your spaghetti like you would parmesan.

go to allrecipes.com-click on ingredients button at top menu...type in nutritional yeast in list of ingredients I want...tahdah! A lot of ideas pop up. good luck. I am always trying to incorporate it myself...thanks for the reminder...let me know if you try something and what you think of it.

I recently bought nutritional yeast too and I'm really liking it! I put it in/on anything that I would salt or eat with cheese (because it tastes salty and "cheesy" to me). It's excellent mixed in scrambled eggs, on top of popcorn, on any type of pasta/tomato sauce dish, sprinkled on cooked veggies, etc.

My mom says she used to eat it when she was younger when she would mix it in with a glass of milk and drink it however that sounds really horrendous to me!

I wish I could get it here. I love it on popcorn, salads, and beans and rice. YUM!
