Default Does this sound ok for P2?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if some of you who are more experienced with ingredients for P2 would help me with this.

I've been searching for a P2 friendly pita bread for a long time, I'm in England and a lot of the products that are recommended here on the boards are not available here.

Anyway, here goes with the ingredients :

Wholewheat flour, water, cereal and seed mix (11.6%)- (malted wheat flakes, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, brown linseed, pin head oats, chunky oats, millet seeds, poppy seeds, quinoa, cut toasted rye,) sunflower oil, yeast, wheat fibre, sea salt.

Fibre per serving 7.1g. A serving is 70g and I tend to only eat half of one of these.

I'm wondering if the malted wheat flakes would be a problem, or anything else I missed?

Sounds good, wish I could buy those.

Here's what I found about malted wheat flakes:
Malted wheat flakes, a key ingredient in Great Britain’s signature granary bread, are imported from the U.K.

* Whole wheat berries are allowed to begin sprouting, which sweetens their flavor. Then they’re dried, flattened, and gently softened, making them ready to use in your favorite yeast bread recipes.

(Thanks King Arthur flour).

They seem really great for SBD unless I'm missing some information

Thank you for such a speedy response Cyndi.

These are made by a small local bakery, and I'm glad to be able to continue to support them. They make a great bread loaf too, with similar ingredients, but for some reason I can't control myself when i have that in the house. I keep going back for another slice. With these pita I'm satisfied with half of one and dont feel the need to keep going back for more.
