Talking Thursday Weigh-In Results for January, 2010

Hi all,
Please come here and post your weekly scale results.
I believe we are all psyched up for the new year.
Like Tammy, I'll probably change my tracker.

Well, I know that I won't be weighing till I get home. When Bob and I came down a couple years ago, I brought the bathroom scales with me. Didn't think about it this year.

No change for this week same weight as Dec 14, the last time I made it to a meeting.

Tomorrow is the first Thursday of the month. Yea!

I was going to a meeting but with this horrible weather, it'll have to wait until next week. I shall weigh on my scales.

Good luck to everyone.

Hi! Took a peek! I weigh in on Sundays so it's only been 4 days, so I'm hoping for a smidgen more by then.
But.................Since Sunday I lost 1# 8 oz.! I am honored (wooohooo, jumping up and down and patting myself on the big ol' back) to take it!!!

Good Luck everyone!

Hello,
I went to WW and weighed but didn't stay for the meeting. Oh, I bought a box of chocolate Smoothie mix. One packet equals 1 pt. You get 2 milk servings when you prepare it with a cup of milk.

I've changed my tracker. I'm breaking it down into little increments.

Good luck to everyone.

Today was my first official weigh in. I weighed in at a lovely 189.6 which still puts me lower than my highest weight ever (194).

The meeting was really good the other night, and she was going into lots of details about the tacker and diary (lots of which is new). We also got a smple of a chocolate snack bar. Nice but wooo so expensive.

Mimi, exactly what did she say about liquids? I couldn't stay for the meeting today.

Not sure if she mentioned anything about liquids. They always are encouraging you to drink liquids, and she was mentioning the liquid portion of the tracker.
The new literature says all liquids count. tea, coffee, milk, juice, and of course water.

Tina - I just bought the 1 Point smoothie mix in chocolate too! When you sign up on line the site has a store and I placed a rather large order. It took about 3 days to get it! I also got the pizza flavored pretzel chips, 1 point mini bars, 2 point snack bars and the cappaucino cream candies. I love having access to that!

Mimi - thanks for the info on the liquids! I have really been drinking my water. But it sure helps to know that my coffee and tea counts.

Tomorrow is my official WI!
