Good morning, After taking a misguided break and a 14 pound weight gain
, I find myself back here ready to lick my wounds and get busy with getting healthy. I have seen references to a super charged plan. I am planning a trip to the library to see if there is a new book available, but can anyone give me a heads up as to how it differs from the original ?
