What are your fitness/health goals? triathlon

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? HA! this time? just tired of being tired.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? depression... i tend to cope with stress and exhaustion with food... bad food.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? better choices, smaller portions, more movement
