Default Yeah hubby...and raspberries too!

Don't you hate it when men eat more and lose more too! LOL! Hubby jumped aboard a month after me. He has lost EIGHT pounds in four day! And he's eating twice as much as me! LOL!

Ah well...that's life. I should be eating less than him.

One reason men lose quicker is they tend to have more muscle than women (and a tendency to gain muscle much easier than a woman can). One things we can do to combat that is strength training.

Just one of those things we can't do a darn thing about. Men are made up of more muscle and us lucky ladies are made up of more - fat. So be it.

You can't let it bug you. You've just got to persevere and keep on doing your own thing.

Now you must smack him. If it's the first week remember that it'll slow down. I lost 8 lbs in two weeks when I started dieting... I haven't seen that since lol.

My hubby annoys me too- he got up to 210 and was like "wow I need to watch what I'm eating" and just cut out red meat and soda for like a month and now is 190-195 ish- which is PERFECT for him cuz he's 6'2"... I hate him lol.

Yep, my husband his 6'. It's so much easier for him. He's feeling it today though. He said he was close to giving up. He hasn't lost a lb today and he's hungry. So now I guess the work begins.

He weighs 267 (259 now I guess) and in his mind 180 is his ideal. So he's close to joining our club over here.
