Default Back AGAIN

I swear to god, I am going to do this once and for all this time. I lost about 80 pounds in 2006, only to put it all back on and then some as of now. What the **** is wrong with me? I am so sick of being fat. Anyway, my question today, is what is the best advice you can give me to get me going again? I will be calorie counting again, which worked like a charm last time, if only I had stuck to it. God help me!

Best advice? Honestly, just start. And put one foot in front of the other. Then do it again the next day. It all starts with one good day. You can do it! You already know you have it in you to do it!

Welcome home! I'm cheering you on.

I've gained and lost several times too so I'm not sure I have good advice. Now, I'm trying to find a lifestyle that is healthy and that I can really live with long term. In the past I have set lofty goals that involved never eating certain foods and exercising a lot, but I just couldn't turn them into my everyday lifestyle.
