I'm down 1.4. But it feels sketchy because my scale was all over the map this morning even with a new battery recently. I took the lowest weight that came up twice, but hmmm...
I wasn't going to weigh until tomorrow morning, but I was feeling fat last night, therefore the desire to go over my calories was huge. So I decided to weigh myself this morning to assure myself that not only was I not the 235 I had started at, but I was down.
Gawd. Finally. Since I've been out of town, I'm down 3, approximately. My weight varies wildly -- from weighing last night to this morning was a downward shift of nearly 7 lbs. (!!!)
