Default Fast Smash: Is the 1 cup of oatmeal dry or prepared?

I know it doesnt seem like a big difference but 1/2 cup dry when prepared is 1 cup and = 150 calories
So when they say 1 cup of oats is it 1 cup prepared (1/2 cup dry) or 1 cup of dry oats = 2 cups prepared?

I think when it says a serving is 1 cup they mean it's one cup prepared.

Thank you! I kinda figured that but last time I thought it was 1 cup dry and was eating 2 cups prepared per day and now Im like that doesnt seem right I better ask before I do that again.

YW- I am sure it's this way because my brown rice when I prepare it one cup becomes three so I doubt I can get away with eating three cups as a "serving" lol.

Ahh but wouldnt that be nice if you could and it still worked! LOL

Thanks again for the clarification. I still might split it up some days because 1 cup prepared is still a large serving. But Im learning to like more and more veggies so maybe I wont need to do that so many days.
