Default WooooHooooo I finally lost 50lbs!!!!!

I'm soooo happy! As of today I have lost a total of 53lbs . I haven't been this weight in more than 10 years. Today a friend I haven't seen in a year commented on how good I look, THANK YOU, I'll take that complement She is actually only the third person to notice that I have been losing weight, so at times it makes me wonder if people can tell, but I guess they really can or are at least starting too .

WooHoo is right! Happy dance time! I guess we're soon going to have to change your name to li'l momma - you'll be at your goal before you know it!!

What an achievement! Those 53 pounds are history, baby! And get used to the compliments - you'll be getting a lot more. People notice - it's just that some don't want to say anything - it's like they're afraid if they do, then we might think they're saying we needed to lose weight (as if we didn't know we were fat and it was a big secret, duh! )!

Thanks so much for sharing - it's great for those of us at the beginning of our journey to see what determination and hard work can accomplish - also it's fun to celebrate success!

Congratulations, that is quite an accomplishment! I'm sure people notice a difference -- they are just hesitant to say something for fear of you taking it the "wrong way."
