Hey everyone. From the sounds of it I'm not the only one thats down in the dumps. I am just frustrated and fed up with family fights and church squabbles. Its the Christmas season for land sakes.
I am done ranting now.
Toni--I know how ya feel honey. I think I have tried every diet known to man. But through it all I am finding I need strict guidelines with one cheat day. I hope you find something that works!!
