Wow, I thought I was jumping right into it this month, but I see a bunch of you already beat me to it and have this snowball rolling downhill at high speed! Yeah for us - off to a great start! I did my aerobics/ kickboxing class this morning, so 90 minutes for me...
90 + 105 = Group Total of 195
I didn't do any at home working out today, but I did walk for an hour by walking to the shops and then all the way over to PC World to look for a particular game for Daren. We went to BK as well and while everybody tucked into burger and chips I had NOTHING. Am I back on track big style or what
Anyway........Personal Total : 60 of 1500
..................Group Total : 255 + 60 = 315
Setting my usual goal of 1200 mins for November. That is 40 mins a day, which I think is still fine for me. I often go over, but that allows for a day a week 'rest'.
Yesterday I walked the LONG way to and from work, which is 25 mins each way. I also walked laps of the oval with the kids for 15mins.
Personal Goal... 65/1200, so 1135mins to go for November
