Hi all..gotta a question for ya ladies...Is buying a treadmill a good idea? I like to walk..hubby would use it..although walking in my neighborhood is free..I have no time during the week. I am up at 6am and dont get home til 9pm during the week from work and school. I know people buy them and they end up makking great clothes racks..lol..hubby suggested I get one that folds up just to have it outta the way..was wondering what yalls take is on them..also what is a good amount to start out with in walking if i do get one. I am 345lbs..and dont wanna over do it i guess.thanks a bunch..Cyn

Valerie- I never thought about the difference of healthy foods and fat foods as far as their weight- and you are right, a bag of veggies weighs a lot more than a bag of marshmallows—it’s almost like a way to count your calories.

Jen- I miss the new England falls so much- I bet it is beautiful there. I lived in upstate New York until I was 13 and this was my favorite time of year- and you are right capris won’t cut it for long- you will have to run to target—they had some great stuff for me!

Brenda- sorry to hear dinner didn’t go great- but kudos to you for working out after eating a lot! I never could do that- but it will probably pay off, and keep you from gaining! Don’t beat yourself up about it- tomorrow’s another day.

Patti- sorry the cake made you sick- but it just shows that your body rejects that stuff now, so it’s actually a good sign that you’ve changed your habits (I experienced a similar feeling when I ate a large cookie about a week ago). I’ll be crossing my fingers that the FFM is kind!

Just doing a quick check-in. Did fairly good today, although I think i ate a little too much of the romanof sauce on my stawberries, it was sooo good, but I think that if that's the worst I ate, that's pretty good right? Well- gotta run. Good night ladies!
