Ok ... my goal this month is up a little ... 500 minutes
Today I did 20 min Turbo Jam, 15 min Richard Simmons plus the pre-jam warmup of 5 min ... and before I get to bed I will be doing my Pilates Zone for 15 minutes ... so my day 1 total is 55 minutes
My total: 55/500 - 445 remaining
