hey sorry for the late posting, but i did excersise last night for almost 60 min! i did a richard simmons video, sweatin to the oldies, trust me i was sweating everyone have a great day!

Being a good girl and posting earlier today I swam for 40 minutes today and I am going to try to do a few weights after a while. I may try to walk . I am very fearful because everytime I walk I hurtmyself. So maybe I will walk for like 5 minutes. That would be not at all right!

Way to go everyone. Keep up the good work. I love that we are being accountable for one day at a time.

Ok ladies, count me in for 30 min of excersise tonight. I used the treadmill and also walked for my excersise tonight. And please excuse the duplicate weight tracker, sometimes im computer illiterate

Walked for an hour and 15 minutes last night.. and 30 already this morning.. Woohooo !!

Gotta ask.. Anyone else get really really hungry after exercising ?? I feel like I eat worse afterwards.. Very frustrating !!

Didn't make my 30 yesterday.... But I will today. I'm about to update us.

Audrey--No, you're not too late! I'll add you in for Sun, Mon, but I don't have a report from you for Tues.

Steph--When do you exercise? I know I've been told an hour or so after a meal is the ideal time.

Hello Guys!
I did it this is my 4th day in a row!!!!!
I'm so glad I found this, I need to exercise every day with out fail.
I'm not work, fighting to remain active so I can burn some cal. It's hard to move and lot of times it hurts. but I do it anyway
I use chair danceing for cardio, wt. training for upper/lower body.
