NO! I did not..I only exercised twice last week...I am getting back on track next week though.

I feel good, I bought a couple books at Borders for the motivation...Total Body Makeover and YOU!

no, my back has been hurting a lot worse lately...i hope that's because i went almost a week without working out...

i'm slowly moving out of my rut though....eating well and such...

Just ran my route in 23 minutes woohoo!! 1.6 miles. I actually ranb for 17:30 as opposed to the 9 to 11 minutes that I was running before.
