I haven't exercised today, but I did a heckuva lot of exercise yesterday! I am going to not need any formal exercise program once I start attending UT, all I'll need to do is pick classes on opposite ends of the campus...it's 400 acres.

I took a tour of the campus yesterday, we didn't even cover but 1/3 in a concentrated area, but then to finish we had to walk up this huge flight of stairs (read: about 8 minutes of stair-climbing), before walking up another 2 flights of stairs once we got to our destination building (the person leading us was a kinesiology major).

I would estimate between the tour and my own walking around before hand, I probably walked a good 2-3 miles. Normally, I walk a half mile, twice a week.

Best of skill to everyone!

I feel so bad ya'll. The only exercise I've gotten is chugging my ample around the usual daily grind. No excuses, just haven't done it. Bah, I hope after next weekend I can get my hiney back in gear.

I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I'm going to switch between that and my pilates video just to keep it interesting.

My legs itched like a sonovagun about 3/4 the way through. Anybody else experience this? Like the first week I start exercising I get itchy legs but then after that it's all good. *shrug*

I have exercised in some way everyday except yesterday (Monday) too sick to move yesterday, and am undecided about today as of yet.

Ha ha!! I'm sorry..that DOES stink...but seriously, after I ate the pretzels I looked at the ingredients and one of the big ones was SOYBEAN oil...the main ingredient in MAYONNAISE! Pfft. At least though it's a "good" fat.

Good job on the workout!!!
