I did my walk away the pounds tape, and this time i added some resistance training for my arms...OUCH!!! also the tape was sooo much easier, next week i'm going to jack it up to a mile and a half, i think.

I just finished 20 min. on the elliptical and I did the laundry, now I have to wait till GH is over before I do my next 10 min. and my crunches

wow, my abs are so out of shape...i just did a Denise Austin ab workout and i barely made it five MINUTES! That's without even doing all the moves, some of them i couldnt even do

Yes, I attempted Denise Austin's Low Impact aerobics but darnit, I think that's still too advanced for me (or perhaps I'm still sore from the resets and the two workouts I did yesterday?) Either way, I think I'm gonna stick to WATP for now...tomorrow I'll do the two mile walk.

I did 5 minutes on the elliptical to warm up and did the 2mile WATP and did a couple minutes of the basic pilates DVD... I am going to have to work on that one slowly...I felt like a turtle that got flipped over...but I will get there
