Default Yep Mon & Tues

This seems to be the only thing I can get right here lately, but I am keeping up my exercise. Yesterday I did the 1 hour advanced water aerobics class and today I did the 30 minute circuit workout.

Not sure exactly how much I walked today but I did it twice and I'm guessing it averaged around 3 miles total! I'm so proud. The last time tho it was just me and a friend and we walked fast b/c she's in lots better shape... and I pushed myself. When we got back to her house I sat down (with ankles burning lol) and it felt like the veins in my legs were jumping around and popping. Not painful, just really odd. I guess that means it did my muscles good? LOL> it went away so no biggie.

You people are really great motivaters. I was just saying in another thread that yesterday I did 20 min. then rest then 10 min. on the elliptical and today I could only do 20 min. but after reading your posts I got back on for another 10 and now I'm going to do my crunches.

Well, i didn't do my one mile walk BUT, having worked in retail (and having worn a pedometer on a typical day and finding out that i walked about a mile per hour, i know that i walked WAY over a mile today doing my reset)...i also did a ton of bending and heavy lifting, i definitely worked off a sweat and burnt off SOME calories

Boy, I really push myself there, and I feel it (and sweat!!). Its good to be doing something to tone again though.
