Default Yes I did (Friday)

40 minutes deep water walking and 10 minutes upper body aquarobics.
Feeling good about the exercise, water and journalling ... food hasn't been fantastic but its ok.
Only1 you are doing great!
Hilta it sounds so funny to me reading about you having to exercise inside when its so hot here at the moment - I guess it will be the same for you in my summer/your winter!
Terri you amaze me and inspire me - I can't wait until I can do the sort of exercise you do.
Angela - you go girl! hehe ... it's great to see your times inching upwards all the time
BarbG - most people here don't know what deep water walking is! It's a great workout though - I'm finding muscles I didn't know I had! Is your walking in a pool that is the same depth all the way? I walk across the pool as the pool bottom slopes and gets too deep/shallow if I walk lengthways.
Togger - how are you doing?? keep going

Dog walking tonight. I slow jogged for the first 4-1/2 blocks. I used to not be able to jog at all. Woohoo!

You're doing great too Leanne!

Default No (Thursday)

Didn't manage to get anything in. This is bad. I'm also not getting done many other important things. Today must try to get time back under control.

Good job to all who are working so hard!

Default No (Friday)

Two days in a row. This is bad. Today I will pick myself up and restart. We've got a challenge going on at work, so maybe that will help me get back on track with moving.

Keep up the good work, all y'all...

Angela...how are things today? What is your plan for exercise? Use that time as a break from work and a chance to clear and refresh your mind. You can do this!!!

Good Afternoon ladies. Mild day here in OH Did my
35 minutes walk outdoors today. The sun is shining but
the wind still has that 40degree chill to it. I enjoy the
fresh air, It gets the proverbial stink off.
(Sorry about that)

Anyway just checking in with my exercise report.

Seeall later - lighter

Thanks, Togger. Truthfully, I was just sitting here thinking, I can do this, if I make it the only priority for my day, but if I try to get anything else done, exercise (and water) seem to fall by the wayside. I've got a knot in the pit of my stomach about work that isn't getting done. So I guess the plan is to work for a couple of hours and then exercise for 20 minutes before dinner. It's nice weather, so maybe I'll go outside, which will be more fun than inside. Thanks for the encouragement!

28 min. walk outside... boy, that was nice. Hilta and I smell GOOOOOD

Thanks again, Togger, for the encouragement. I not only took a walk, which made my thighs tingle (haven't felt that good a work out in a while) but I got some nice photos, and I feel a lot more relaxed. WOO HOO
