Hi all!
Just stopping in for a few minutes before I hit the streets.
Anyway, first things first!
Lisa: You haven't been around for a long time, but I hope you're reading and you'll see that we miss you.
2cute: Well, someone I know will be leaving their White Christmas to come and see you. I sure hope you ordered snow for her down there too.
Evilyn: Don't get discouraged. Come back and post even if you can't get the tracker to work for you.
Leanne: I'm sure my card will not get to you in time and I apologize. I didn't get them mailed until this past weekend and I'm sure that the mail isn't THAT efficient.
Glad your thesis is finished. Now you'll be able to enjoy your holiday.
Terri: I didn't get into the
Biggest Loser. I watched the first one and then thought this rapid weight loss and such strenuous exercise right off for some that hadn't done anything in so long was a bit unhealthy. Then when they kicked somebody off because they only lost like 7 pounds in a week instead of 15 just really turned me off. Maybe I should have looked at it differently, like "am I willing" like these people are, but that's not how I took it. Oh well. Hope you're ready for the holiday.
Skittles: CONGRATULATIONS on the new house! How fun! I guess I missed WHERE you were going and HOW LONG you were going to be gone. I confess, I've sorta been scanning more than reading and retaining lately.
Anyway, have a great trip to WHEREVER and I'll see you WHENEVER you get back!
Barbg: Sounds like you'll have your hands full for the next couple of days. Sorry to hear about a death so close to Christmas. They say the death rate really rises around the holidays. It's too bad. Really makes for sad days for so many.
Chris: No Playstation 2's around the Detroit area either. Luckily I have the game, I just needed a new controller, so that was pretty easy to find.
Katrina: Glad you're home from California. How is your FIL? Is his health any better? You must be really busy. I know what a December vacation does to the schedule. Do you have to work the holiday? Questions, questions. I got a million of 'em!
Susie: Stay Out Of The CHOCOLATE COOKIES AND DONUTS!!!!
Mary: When?
CD: Now that classes are over you're busier than you were before! Good job staying OP and exercising even though you're busy with holiday stuff!
Joyce: I'm glad the dentist went well. I have to have a crown in January and the impressions are the WORST!!! * Yes, even raw rum balls count!!! Sorry.
MaryB: thats exactly why you had to be in school until 1 instead of 11 school has to be in session for so many hours before it's considered a day for the counts I'm happy that your neice is coming to live with you sounds like you will really enjoy that I think your daughter is in for a rude awakening having to share all her stuff but she'll get over it soon enough it will be interesting to see how the grandmother/boss works that out I hope there won't be an reprocussions for you at work.
Well, my dears, that is all the news that's fit to print at this end. It snowed overnight here and we have about 6 inches so far and it's still coming down. It's too deep for the trucks to salt, they have to plow. Unfortunately, it takes longer to plow than to salt and so the trucks are not keeping up with the snow.
But at least we're getting enough that it should stay and make for a white Christmas.
I still have to head out today. I'm trying to trick my brain into thinking tomorrow is really Christmas and that I have to get everything done by the time I go to bed tonight. That way I can actually relax and enjoy the holiday a little bit.
Talk to you later. Love
ya bunches!
