Christmas is a difficult time to stay focused.
Difficult to MAKE the time to do what needs to be done for OUR RECOVERY.
It is our hope that with this challenge will come that little extra
willingness to do
WHAT EVER IT TAKES to maintain or LOSE during this Christmas holiday.
We always find time for others at this time.
It is important to LEARN how to MAKE time for ourselves too.
