I must be tired...I read the question as, "Has anyone tried the all natural
Cheerios?" Interested, I read on til I got to the part about them being white cheddar, and thought, "UGH!" Cheddar Cheerios???

legally, to get you by without cheating.
As a low carber, I've taken to eating raw cashews. An article I read stated that roasting nuts causing the oils to become partially hydrogenated...so raw is better for you. You can get them in a health food or natural foods store. Not bad, but I do miss the salt.
