Um oops ice cream. .... none left in house 🏡 not buying anymore

I may stop floating, roll over and swim towards the boat. I wasn't perfect yesterday ........ but better.

Scales moved again 75lbs off this body. Woohoo🎉🎉🎉
Drinking the water is really helping. Food is on target. Made cauliflower cheese sticks. Oh my!! Will make again.
