Scales moved again 75lbs off this body. Woohoo🎉🎉🎉
Drinking the water is really helping. Food is on target. Made cauliflower cheese sticks. Oh my!! Will make again.

I'm doing okay one uh where did my plan go so far this week at the start so hopefully rest of the week is good
