Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #185

Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

My goals for this leg are:
1. no Fast Food period. It's my down fall
2. sticking to WW eating. like I did when I lost 75 lbs several years ago.

Ill be in on this one this time, I always miss them

1) For the next 10 days I will make sure I exercise at least 7 days during this challenge.
2) I will also make sure that I track every day one MFP and try to increase my protein intake

Good job Scotsgal!

I fell in on Monday.
Got splashed yesterday.
Today I need to get my head together and get back on track.

I would love to do this. I must be really late to this one, is there another one starting every 10 days, or do we just jump in feet first?
If so, today was day 2 for me of my 10 day commitment to going to the gym everyday.

3. Get lots of steps - 12,000 plus was doing 14,000 but knees been playing up so might have upped them too soon too quick need to build back to it
4. water intake .... drink my 1.5 been slack again..
weigh in is in 3 sleeps time as the kids put it.... wish me luck .....

So on Wednesday I didn't do my leg workout after only starting the strength training on Monday
So this morning I got up and did a 10 minute kettlebell workout before showering. After Lunch I will take the dog for a nice long walk to up my steps, then maybe just before dinner, do one of the strength training workouts. I need to catch up on what I promised for this 10 day section.

J-ann Thank you! It's the getting up and starting again that counts. We can do this!

Laura_G Welcome!!!! It starts again every 10 days, so Monday should be a new one, jump on board whenever you want you can post the same goals for the next one

Karencat Sometimes it takes the scale moving up to remind you how much you want it. Tomorrow is a new day, lets start fresh.

My time in the water last week created a disaster on the scale at WW yesterday. After a depressing, but cleansing, cry i grabbed my oar and started rowing hard. I can do this.
