oh I fell out mid week from my weekly plan on WW however got back in the zone over the weekend and still managed a 2 pound loss.. at weigh in this morning ..

I have had to take a step back and refocus this week on just tracking everything and getting water intake in have yet to worry about fitpoints section - will still do 2 dance classes 2 aqua jogging sessions and 1 evening of 45 mins to 1 hour of swordplay
goal for the rest of the 10 days and this week to stay on track for daily points for the week
