Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #176

Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

I APOLOGIZE for the double thread.
This IS the RIGHT ONE!

My goals for this leg.
1. Stick to my set WW points
2. Use less than 1/2 of my weekly extra points
3. Make better, healthier, food choices.
4. Exercise 15 minutes a day. (Gotta start somewhere.)

1) I will be making sure that for the next 10 days, I do not drink ANY soda (had a few glasses this wkend and I feel crappy)
2) I will have 5/10 days under 1100 calories
3)I will start counting cooking oil on MFP
4) I WILL cut my garden hedge

Hi Scotsgal, Grab an oar and a seat cushion. There's ice tea in the cooler.
I'd offer to get them for you but I'm beside the boat. I fell in but the water's cool so I figure I'll get some extra exercise in before I launch myself back on board. LOL

J-ann lol Thank you, I hope you are able to get on the boat soon.
I have completed my task number 4. I final manged to cut my hedge and my neighbours can stop complaining. However, I am now traumatised as I am highly allergic to wasps (yellow Jackets) and there were LOTS!

No soda today which is awesome, and Its two days before pay day which means that there is not a large choice in what food is getting eaten. This means today is not a low calorie day that I wanted. however, tomorrow is more promising.

Hi girls - not quite as bad as last week still swimming

caught up climbed in splashed around got my oars... oh if you see a seat cushion float by think that may have been mine - Judy would you like a had up into the boat as just climbed out - sorry if I splashed you on the way up...

so goals for this week - to use all my dailies and not use all of my WW weeklies smart points - only some not all
to get the fit points goal
and to drink more water and sleep well !

right once I get those under control I should be sweet again

Scots girl - good to see you did get the garden hedge cut - next time with the wasps hmm maybe safer on your health to get someone else to do that ?

Karen, you seat cushion floated by and I grabbed it. I'm still in the damn water. I'd love a hand hauling myself aboard. Tomorrow has to be better than today was.

here is the helping hand....
oh I fell out mid week from my weekly plan on WW however got back in the zone over the weekend and still managed a 2 pound loss.. at weigh in this morning .. this is me joining you when falling in

right now I am back up again here is my oar... reaching to pull you in...

let me know if you climbed back up

I have had to take a step back and refocus this week on just tracking everything and getting water intake in have yet to worry about fitpoints section - will still do 2 dance classes 2 aqua jogging sessions and 1 evening of 45 mins to 1 hour of swordplay

goal for the rest of the 10 days and this week to stay on track for daily points for the week
