Hey, ladies, sorry I've been MIA. Start of the semester has been busy as usual. I've stayed on plan eating-wise, but haven't really been exercising. (I did have several days with lots of work-related walking). Back to exercise tomorrow! And back to rowing with you.

Gained a bit over a pound this week. Not surprised. I need to buckle back down. Stocked up on groceries so I should be all set. Gotta row harder.
