Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #162

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

I've been swimming more than rowing.

My goals this time are to work on my attitude on food and try to stick to my WW points plan.

I have been swimming on my WW program too!
went well over the allocated points each day - and overused my weeklies ... anyone on the pro point will understand - up a whole 11 points in the system

didn't earn my fit points either this week

positives tracked everything - drank water
went for a walk on Sunday ... Saturday was icky walking wise

Good job Karen.

Yesterday was really a lot better for me. Only one slip. Scarfed down a handful of granola. This morning I wet down and tossed what was left. (Wet it down so I wouldn't "rescue" it later in the day.

Let's row hard today!

just had 2 big days at work then a not quite as big day today -still managed to stick to plan almost ended up majorly under points wise
probably could have drunk more water today
wed did 10,000 + steps didn't quite get there yesterday
today got just over 10,000 steps again - not sure how tomorrow will go - just a bit splashed the last couple days - no oars being dropped or falling in like last time

J-ANN hopefully we are rowing happily together this time round

Yesterday was almost perfect.I went over my daily points by 2. That's what happens when I guess rather than check the points ahead of time. Gotta lose what I gained over the last 2 or 3 weeks. I've restocked healthy foods just need to keep my mind in the right place.

You're doing great Karen.

STOP

Head on over to slip 163 where we'll board and venture out again on a new leg of our journey.
