Going back to the basics.
 
I challenged my fiance to a couples weight loss challenge. I didn't want to see a time limit and make myself stressed. So the first one to loss -30lbs in 2-3 months wins and the non "winner" has to buy the winner something they really want. It a motivation tool for me cause we are both competitive and I for some reason like to beat him at things lol. I didn't think he really try but he is so I have my work cut out for me lol...


I am also changing my eating lifestyle and going to eat only a plant based diet and fresh meats from local organic farmers. No GMOs, processed foods. All the processed foods out there today are what is causing the high obese in US. All those ingredients in processed foods are made of high fructose corn syrup with different names and it really bad for your body. All the "healthy" foods they have in store are not really that healthy cause it full sugar and we are not suppose have that much sugar. The aspartame is just as bad. Look into where ur foods are coming from and how their made. I have watched food inc, and few other documentaries on Netflix and it opens ur eyes up to what really in processed foods and how t is negatively affecting our bodies in more way then one... I have gotten to my highest weight ever and it depressed me and made me want to give up. But after starting my plant based and no GMOs or processed foods "diet" lifestyle change I feel better and have more energy and also I take a women's multi-vitamin(without iron). I know when I loose all this weight and keep up this new lifestyle that I will be happier and have lot more energy.
