Thanks Judy! It feels so good. I actually think food tastes better! I am staying from 40-60 carbs a day. Even eating out is working. I can't wait to get cute clothes. Heck I have a closet full that are to tight.
I love not being bloated! My IBS is better. My energy is better!! I sleep soooo much better!! I'm only taking Prilosec every other day!! Hoping to get off it totally. All of this is with just a 12 lb loss in 28 days. Can't wait to loose more!
Having hubby on board is awesome. It really helps me.
Went to the grocery store today. They had strawberries buy 2 boxes get 3 more free. I figured I'd get them and freeze most. HA! They were so ripe that most would have either molded before I got them home or squished in my fingers as I sorted them. I passed on them and got pineapple. I was really looking forward to berries. Looks like I'll need to hit Wegmans to find decent ones.
Yes Judy please join me. Gggirl encouraged me and got me back on track. I had gained back most of what I lost 7 yrs ago.
I'm losing slow but that's ok. I feel good and I'm losing inches. 💪 And getting stronger. I actually look forward to going to the basement to lift weights. 😱

I've been on track 100% since Feb. 15 - recording every bite and exercise. Scale moving. This time around seems I'm finding this an intensely personal journey - not in a hurry, enjoying the trip.

Time is going so fast! Today is day 49 and I feel so good and positive. Life is crazy as ever but I'm not letting it get me off track.
I am staying sore from exercise and truly forgot how good sore can be. Lol
Tomorrow is my 7 wk weighing. Tom is just packing his bags to leave and I'm hoping he takes a pound or so with him.
Changed up my weight lifting a bit. I also added in the minitramp. So I'm up to an hour a day of exercise.
How is it we forget how good eating right feels!???!!??
Thanks Judy! It's such a good feeling to be able to stay on track. Just got to keep at it. Even when the scales get stuck and I haven't been off track I know it will move. That's the biggest difference for me.

I've been doing badly. It's time for a change. Last time I was at the doc my blood sugar was so bad he wanted to add another med. I pleaded for a chance to get back on track with eating and exercise. I've been somewhat better since then, but not really under control.
Good to see you all. I'm going to try to be back in daily. But one thing I need to change is getting enough sleep, so it's off to bed for me.
