Way late starting this thread! I am trying hard. I did eat bad at Bunco last night. I am proud to say I skipped dessert at church and at Bunco. I am drinking water only. Baby steps!
Going to eat out sat and sunday. Sunday will be pop because I am in control of where we eat.
What is everyone up to?
I'm ready for cooler weather!!

Hi ladies,
I'm new here. I have been struggling so bad trying to lose any amount of weight. It feels like my body just doesn't want to budge like it used to. It used to be I could cut calories for a couple of days and see weight come off, but not now. It's frustrating to me. Today is a new day and I think I'm going to have to be stricter then I've ever been to get the ball rolling this time.

I am half a$$ing it. I need to get with it. Scales are yo-yo-ing the same 5-6 lbs.
grocery shopping in a bit. Hopefully I will be stronger with healthy food in the house. Part of my problem is I'm lazy and don't cook enough.

I have been doing great after a couple of bad rounds of IBS. I know what it takes to settle it down. Isn't it amazing all it takes is not to eat crisp and avoid a few simple item.
I do have plans to eat out sat. I am doing a cheat meal a week. It's the only way to keep hubby on plan.

My mojo didn't take a vacation - I think it retired. It's back - today is day 17 POP. I've recorded every bite and swam 3 days last week. Only problem is I haven't lost at least 25 lbs yet - HUH?

Let's do this!

I've been stressed, car problems, the last 3 days. If nothing else it's kept me under my points for the last 3 days.

Hello Ladies! Not sure if you guys remember me or not but it has been years since I have been here and boy do I need help! I have gained (Gulp) 99 pounds back after losing 299!!! I'm still down 200 pounds but I am in holy terror over those 99!

I have completely stopped exercising since I was rear ended 2 times in less than 3 months. I am having to have shots in my spine every month and last month they said I need surgery on my back. I can't allow myself to have the pain relieving surgery until I get most of this 99 pounds off so I really hope I can come back here and be accountable.

I'm miserable and so very sad about my body and what I worked so hard for coming back on me. I'm very blessed to see Dgramie and Carol because I know you two ladies and well, I can't wait to meet the rest of you!

Blessings to you guys and thanks for listening. If my tracker shows different I will fix it next time I come in. It is 48 pounds wrong!

Xo Annie

Greetings dogpal, Sure looks like you worked a miracle on yourself once soooo-
you know can do it again! Just a thought: Perhaps getting the surgery done sooner will help you start moving more. We'll all do what we can to help you stay motivated and lose that regain!

I had another POP day yesterday. 3 in a row. Hope I'm on a roll.
