And I screwed up the stop notice on #334. I must must have previewed it but not submitted it. I just fixed that.

I knew I was carrying a lot of water at weigh in last week. This week I rededicated myself to sticking to my WW program and actually could not eat all of my required points on several days. Today I weigh 9, yes 9 lbs, less than last Thursday.

Hoping I can work within my program this week and stay on a roll.

Going to get my head back into this. Summer always throws me. But as we know. I haven't succeeded in a long time.

POP on the 4th!

Hope today goes as well. I don't know why but I feel challenged this morning. I'm going to have to be very aware of the difference between needs and cravings today. I'd best pre-plan the rest of my day and live the plan.

Still POP. This is crazy. After 2 years of dabbling with losing and then gaining more and more, it's, all of a sudden back to easy????

Today isn't pop! Plans were made but son is coming for dinner. I haven't got anything thawed out so it will be pizza.
Back to just hubby and I after today. I am ready for veggies and simple meals.

What is POP? I've seen it and I understand it to mean staying on plan, but what do the letters stand for? Thanks

Today we will finish up leftovers. I'm going to put squash on to stew. That will be my lunch.
My squash plants are about done. We have had so much rain and it's a lake back there.
I saw a tomato starting to turn. I'm super excited! Can't wait for a BLT. Also BLT salad. (Thanks carol for the BLT salad idea)!
My granddaughter is gone and I slept so good in my own bed

Leftovers sound great Deb! I've got broccoli and a portobello mushroom plus some rice that need to be used. Think I'll heat them up for dinner then sprinkle on some light soy sauce and some hot sauce. YUM!

Glad you've got your bed back.

Hi Ubee! Hi Gagirl!
