Scale showed a 1.4 lb. loss this morning. Yup, I'm happy.

OOPs! I'm officially adding Snyders Cheddar Pretzel Bits to the "I cannot eat just one so I'd better not eat any" list. I got into them yesterday and had to adjust what was left of my day big time to end up using only 2 of my extra points. It was not a "good thing".

Damn pizza! It would have done a lot of damage but I had a lot of points left for dinner. I used all of them plus some extra.

Today will be a lot better. I made my meal plan and will be sticking to it.

Hot and humid here. I got a really short hair cut this morning. Hope it helps!

Day 1 using slimfast twice a day. Scales were 284. Praying to lose and feel better. Can't believe I allowed myself within 23 lbs of my high.
Made freezer pickles today.
Dinner tonight. Burger patty. Corn cut off cob. Cukes and tomatoe slices and onion out of my garden.
Drinking extra water. Hubby got a YETI cup for Father's Day and I want one as a water glass

How's the Slimfast going Deb?

I stayed POP all week. My jeans are beginning to fit again but the scales showed a 1.2 lb gain. Grrrrrrr. I figure the extra is fluid used to move the fat around so clothes fit better. Hope some fat disappears this week.

Judy I am still with it. Just not drinking slimfast daily. I have it ready if I need it. I am trying to make better choices and never clean my plate. Working on eating slower. Which is really hard for me. I haven't had a soft drink in a wk. woohoo!!
Scales have rewarded me with a 7lb loss. Down to 277.
Was about to type hoping to have another good week. But changing it to I will have another good week!!! I can do this!!!

GOOD JOB on the loss Deb! I'm working on eating slower myself. This morning I was thinking I need a timer.

I've stayed POP for 3 days. Wicked hot here today so it's going to be green salads and cold meat today. If I really feel energetic I might do turkey sausage on the Foreman but I doubt it. No excuses to eat bad stuff. There's noting really awful in the house right now. I just need to watch my portion sizes and NOT get in the car if I'm hungry.

We didn't eat out. Just to hot to leave home. Hubby threw burgers on the grill. So good with fresh onion and tomatoes. Dinner may be a salad.

Hi Ubee,

I'm here. Lost the 1.2 lbs I'd gained last week. Thursday (w/i day) was POP including dinner out. Yesterday was a disaster. I'll be doing damage control for a few days.

Not looking forward to hot and humid next week.

How're you?

Hi Judy.
I am OK in life but eating has not been so good.
If I do not post I know I will over eat that day.
I don't like hot and humid so good luck next week.

Well I braved the scale this morning and I am up 7 pounds from 11 days of not being accountable.
Today I am going to get my head back in the game.

Time for a restart for sure Ubee. You can do this.

I was POP yesterday. Hopefully I'm back on the rails.

Slowly getting back on track.
Avoiding the scale but will have to face it tomorrow at my local support group.
Let's keep at it.
