2 Days POP in a row. Shooting for #3 today.

It's a gorgeous Spring Day. Think I'll run errands and try to do outdoor stuff. I've got my banana ready to go so I have a snack with me.

Scales are up 2 lbs but I know I didn't over eat 2lbs of pizza. Guess it's sodium.
Back at it hard today.
Got my garden planted on sat. I was sweating like a pig. Still not sure why sweat pours off of me now. I use to turn red but not sweat. Since being on potassium I sweat bad when I get hot.
Praying losing weight will help with that!
I am working out with a 10lb weight. I can really feel it !!! Plus using the gazelle. Working up to 15 min this wk.
so how is everyone ??

Lot of exercise there Deb. That 2 lbs will be sweated right off.

Pop day for me. That made 3. Today will be pop just not sure of our plans yet.
I am planning to mow today. Gonna be a hot and humid day here.
Cukes have sprouted. I planted on sat. No signs of squash yet. I will give it till Tuesday and then replant it. I love having a garden and watching it grow. It makes me HAPPY!!

Yesterday was almost POP.
Lost 1.2 lbs per WW this morning.

Ate Chinese and my stomach rebelled. Barely made it home. Scales will still be up from sodium even thought I was careful filling my plate

I had a good weekend and made good choices. Food today will be pop also!
If you pray please say one for my grandson who is having surgery wed.

Grandson did fine in surgery. Found out he will have to have another one in June to finish what they started. With his size they can only give him so much med at a time.
I am sore and achy. Spent a lot of time trying to fix wifi at my neighbors who routers are on the floor. I was up and down about 30 times. My knees didn't like it at all.
Haven't weighed in a few days. Eating isn't perfect but not terrible either.
Yard work is keeping me busy. I have green onions ready to pick. need to make up a big nice salad and throw them in.
Well my daughter returns to work this wk. I will start keeping my 10 wk old granddaughter along with the ones I already keep. My daughter works 12 hrs shifts so I will be tired after long days.
Going to clean house. Go to church. Come home fix lunch and sew. I need to dye my hair also.
Hope everyone is doing good!
