Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

Hopefully a mod will fix the title soon . I've been super frustrated lately, and impatient, I've had to remind myself of the old cliche "Rome wasn't built in a day..." my goal is to skip cheat days for the next 8 days, and stick within 100 calories of my daily allowance. Also to do my Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk for at least 1 1/2 miles lol, at least 4 times over the next 9 days. Tonight I did ok, I went 147 calories over, and I did 1 mile of the 2 mile video, it was great, but I stopped after one mile, so I want to push myself further tomorrow.
