Hopefully a mod will fix the title soon
. I've been super frustrated lately, and impatient, I've had to remind myself of the old cliche "Rome wasn't built in a day..." my goal is to skip cheat days for the next 8 days, and stick within 100 calories of my daily allowance. Also to do my Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk for at least 1 1/2 miles lol, at least 4 times over the next 9 days. Tonight I did ok, I went 147 calories over, and I did 1 mile of the 2 mile video, it was great, but I stopped after one mile, so I want to push myself further tomorrow.
