Didn't get around to exercise yesterday, unfortunately. I was so cold and tired from this constant weather change and went to sleep at 5pm, lol. But other than a migraine today, I'm feeling really good energy wise so I have some plans for some major exercise. I have no reason not to do it today since I feel well, so unless I get struck by lighting I will be back to log it later after I do it. Keep me accountable, my friends! Thanks!
A little pilates..I haven't had a full day off from working out in a while, so I did 15 min and decided that was enough. I have aquaerobics this week and some other stuff so next rest day will probably sat or sunday.
Unrelated i've come to the realization the little cheats were holding me back in terms of the scale so that's also a focus this week.
Obsidian: I'm so annoyed with myself. I cheat sometimes as well. I could be a lot better off now if I'd just stop. I know that intellectually, but I keep doing stupid stuff. I come back earlier each time, and learn though, so I guess that that counts for something. We can do this!
4 miles again today. I love the music at the end of this workout. It just makes me want to dance. It has a small Mambo portion. I simultaneously feel more feminine and stupid at the same time because I turn my hips, but I have to look stupid because of my giant belly. (Yes, I know, negative self talk. It's a difficult line of thinking to break.). Glad that my spouse was not here to see. It was a Leslie Sansone 4 Mile video. Thinking of getting a 5 mile one. I just love her positive attitude.

I did my daily walk outside last night, I walked for 30 Mins. On Friday though I walked for an hour and I'l do it all over again tonight, Depending on the weather. If it rains I'll do my exercise dvd.
You're doing great Terra! I haven't exercised yet, I'll post either way but I plan to get my 1 mile in.
ETA - I didn't work out 5/31, I will work out tomorrow.
