Hi J-ann and everyone, thank you for the new thread! My goals over the next 10 days are to stay within a calorie budget of 1800. To work out to Leslie Sansone 1 Mile walk (or anything else that burns calories and makes me sweat) 8 times during the next 10 days. Today is a day of rest for me (no exercise I did workout the past couple of days), but the calorie budget is in place.
ETA - 11:11 pm, just finished a late dinner, the kitchen is closed and my calories were approximately 1833, so I was splashed but still in the boat from my perspective
