Weighed in early today and I'm so ecstatic. I've met my September goal to loose 1 stone. I feel so in control it's amazing nothing is gonna stop me from loosing this weight. meeting my first goal also means I can but my fiirst bead on my new trollbead bracelet I'm setting my October goal to loose another stone so let's hope it comes off as easily as this one has.
