Default I will NEVER give up!

Hi ya'll!!!

It's been a while since I have been on here... and needless to say, I'm back to lose this weight again...

I'm not going to go on & on about how I got here or how mad I am at myself for gaining most of the weight back... I'll just simply say...

I'm tired of carrying the burden of this weight on my shoulders.

So I'm picking myself up and dusting off my shoulders. I can do this! (With your help of course! lol.)

I really look forward to getting the encouragement I need, and hopefully encouraging other also!

So I thought I'd give an update! I've lost 13.7 pounds in three weeks. I'm really happy about that!

I am cooking all sorts of yummy foods and even having a dessert every night!

This past week I dropped 2 pounds exactly... & I am proud to say I'm actually happy with that. I've struggled with wanting to lose way too much and way too quickly... I realize now that slow and steady is the way to go. I've fallen on my face a few times because I wanted to see quick results... I wasn't happy when I didn't... I'm working really hard to change my mindset. I realize that every single pound is an accomplishment.

Another piece of good news is I logged back into my body media fit account... I was terrified to see how much I had gained, I was avoiding it. I haven't been on there since the beginning of April and I forgot what I had weighed back then... I just assumed I gained more. Boy was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Since March I'm actually down 25.4 pounds! Incredible news considering I thought I gained.

Yay!

I just had to share! I hope everyone is doing well!
