Went back a few pages and didn't see one of these.

I will be here soon, and am hoping there are a few others in this group! A thread to 'graduate' to, from the 320s thread.

I am in this group. At last weigh in I was 310. This is where I have stumbled over and over again as I put to much pressure on my self to get to 299 and ultimately binge because I can't keep it up. I hope to learn from my mistakes and do better this time.

Good morning 310ers! Got up early and walked with my hubby.... Still not a fan of waking up and working out (even if it's just a half mile or so walk). I never have been. I much prefer my evening workouts... It was nice though, to be outside before it got hot.

Well, as of last weigh in I was at 305 (on Tuesday) so, we'll see what my weigh in tomorrow brings!

Awesome! I'm glad you're still doing so well. You're so close to the 200s!


I'm 318.6 as of this morning.

Edit: Just finished my workout for the day (same 3 mile power walk with weights and yoga) and I wanted to share. Today I sweat A LOT. Like, I've never had sweat pouring down my face/neck/chest. Like it always happens, but it's never POURING. I don't know if I was just more in the zone today or what, but I did a silent cheer when I felt it. It made me stay focused throughout the rest/end of my workout.

When I hit 215- No longer Morbidly Obese
When I hit 160- No longer Obese
When I hit 130- No longer Overweight
If I ever hit 100- You've gone too far. (Underweight)

Every 10 lbs I get

It's a great feeling!

I haven't been able to do any kind of crazy workout yet because I'm fighting with my ankle, so it's just some walking for now until some more weight comes off. But weight loss is mostly what you eat anyway, so it's working for now. Maybe in a few months I can up my workouts.

316.7 today. Haven't been working out as often as I should be this past week, which is why my progress is so slow. Definitely exercising today, though.
